RevLink ("RevLink", "we", "us", or "our") is a revenue-share platform that connects software builders with creators who promote their products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, the waitlist, and any other RevLink products that link to this policy (collectively, the "Service").

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service. That includes:

• Account & waitlist data: email address; whether you are joining as a creator or a builder.
• Profile details (optional): for creators, distribution channels, total audience size, content niche, and public handles or links you choose to share. For builders, product type, stage, target creator profile, and free-text notes you submit.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, the basic identifiers Google returns (name, email, profile photo). We do not receive your Google password.
• Usage & technical data: IP address, browser type, device, referrer URL, and pages viewed. This is logged for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
• Communications: messages you send us (support, feedback) and our replies.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

• To operate the Service: process waitlist signups, match creators with builders, and send invites when early access opens.
• To personalize the experience: use your role and profile details to surface relevant brands, creators, or features.
• To communicate with you about the Service, including security alerts, product updates, and responses to your requests.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.
• With your consent, to send you occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

• Contract: to provide the Service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud, and improve our product.
• Consent: for marketing emails and any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: when we must keep records, respond to authorities, or comply with applicable laws.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the Service on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics for product improvement, email delivery, payment processing, and our forms backend (Appgram). These providers process data only under written instructions and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Other RevLink users, but only the parts of your profile you have explicitly chosen to share. For example, if a creator accepts a partnership with a builder, that builder will see the handles, audience figures, and channels that creator has published on RevLink.
• Authorities or other parties, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud.
• In a corporate event such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your information is processed and stored on servers operated by our hosting and infrastructure providers, which may be located outside your country. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@revlinks.app. Some records (e.g., transaction logs and invoices) may be retained longer if required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@revlinks.app from the address associated with your account. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA, you may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may degrade parts of the Service.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine review of our practices. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
